Sometimes your software crashes, or will not start. Whether it is not opening, giving strange messages or freezing, it could be due to missing or corrupted files.  Solving this is usually an easy fix since I know the solutions.

Make your computer run like its new again by re-installing your OS (Operating System). I can also upgrade your PC to the newest Microsoft Windows version.
